Rates

Average Mileage Pay $.63 – $.68
Paid Mileage, Paid Hourly when onsite
Paid for all overnights & Per Diem
$1500 Minimum Pay. Must be available for work all 7 days.

Hometime

Drivers are likely to be home every 3-4 days and most weekends

Incentive/Bonus Programs

Incentive bonus, $.015 to $.090 per mile based on miles driven and 12 goals, paid quarterly
Referral bonus of $4000 per driver, to be paid in 3 installments over the new driver’s first year
$1500 after 30 days
$1500 after 60 days
$1000 after 90 days
Sign on Bonus: $5000
$1000 per month 1^st payment after 30 days of working

Age

Must be at least 23 years of age.

Requirements & Endorsements

Must have a Class A CDL license with Tanker endorsement.

Experience

12 months of verifiable tractor and trailer experience within the last three years.

Driving Record

No more than two moving violations and an at-fault accident within the last three years.
No DUI or DWI within the last five years.
Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
Must possess a valid DOT Medical Certificate.
Must pass Pulmonary Function Test.

Transport industrial carbon (occasionally HazMat) to the transfer site.
Ensure the transfer of the material from the tank to the vessel.
On average loading and reloading takes about 2 hours. Drivers are paid hourly after 2 hours for their time spent outside the truck.
This type of work demands care and close attention; an exciting change from unloading freight.
Return to home base after completion. All miles are paid so you will be paid even if you’re driving empty.
